​I hereby discharge the counselor/s and “Elixir” and organizers of all the contractual obligations. I am completely aware of and understand the modalities of advises and consultancy provided to me and I am giving counselor/s the authority to work out the modalities on my various issues and suggest me in best possible manner. I have been explained in detail how the consultancy works and I have been duly informed about the modality and the functioning of the consultancy process. I understand the limitations of the advise/s and consultancy and understand that the results of the advises and consultancy also depends upon a lot of external factors and my efforts. I also give consent to document my case
